Public Notice of Proposed Changes to Leases, Fee Schedule, and Rental Collection Policy
Pursuant to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements listed in 24 CFR 903, the East Georgia Housing Authority Partners and the member Public Housing Authorities, The Crawfordville Housing Authority, the Warrenton Housing Authority, the Thomson Housing Authority and the Harlem Housing Authority, (EGHAP) are conducting a public hearing to discuss EGHAP’s changes in the Trash and Parking Fines, the Consolidated Lease, the Housekeeping Policy and Fee Schedule. The Lease, Fee Schedule and Rental Collection Policy drafts are available to the public for review and comment, beginning August24th , 2022 through October 7th, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, located at the links listed below and at the following locations:

Any comments concerning the Lease, Fee Schedule, or Rental Collection Policy must be in writing and submitted to the EGHAP at 219 Pecan Avenue, Thomson, Georgia 30824 no later than 4:00 p.m., October 7th, 2022.
