Public Notice of Flat Rent Schedule Review
Pursuant to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements listed in 24 CFR 903, the East Georgia Housing Authority Partners (EGHAP) and the member Public Housing Authorities, The Crawfordville Housing Authority, the Warrenton Housing Authority, the Thomson Housing Authority and the Harlem Housing Authority, are conducting a public hearing to discuss EGHAP’s 2022 Flat Rent Schedule for each respective authority. The proposed flat rents are available to the public for review and comment, beginning January 13th, 2022, through February 28, 2022. This will be the only means by which they can be viewed publicly out of an abundance of caution due to the rising cases of COVID-19. Any comments concerning the Flat Rents must be in writing and submitted to the appropriate drop box at any of the following locations by 4:00 p.m., February 28, 2022:

Warrenton & Crawfordville Properties: 101 Phelps Dr. Warrenton, GA 30824
A Public Hearing regarding the proposed Flat Rents is scheduled for 6:00 PM, Tuesday, January 18, 2022, in the Community Room, 219 Pecan Avenue, Thomson, GA.
