Please be advised you will need the following original documents with you when you apply; social security cards for you and everyone who will be living in the unit, birth certificates for you and everyone who will be living with you, valid driver’s license or state ID card for you and everyone 18 years of age or older who will be living with you, proof of income for everyone in your household (please call for further information), proof of current SNAP amount.
